Return Policy
If you receive a DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS, contact us by phone (513) 699-7055 or by email at mkbuttner@yahoo.com within 72 hours of delivery, and we will be happy to correct the problem.
If you are not completely satisfied with any unused item other than pet apparel or custom orders (See below) please return your product within 14 days of receipt of the item. Return shipping is at the purchaser’s expense. An $8.00 shipping and handling fee is charged for each item returned for an exchange. Heavier items may require additional shipping fee. Due to health concerns, PET APPAREL CANNOT BE RETURNED as noted on the
Garment Specification Chart. The measurements on the chart are of the garment, not your pet. Please compare the garment measurements with the actual measurements of your pet. We urge you to measure your pet carefully. When in doubt, choose larger size.
CUSTOM ORDERS for items such as customer designed interchangeable designs for Change It Up! Pet Carriers CANNOT BE RETURNED.
Shipping Policy
Shipments within the 48 contiguous United States will be automatically calculated at checkout via Priority Mail or UPS. For DOGGIE T-SHIRTS, shipping for one shirt is $8.00, two shirts ship for $10.00; and three or more shirts ship for free. If you provide us with a post office box, your order will arrive via United States Postal Service. Please note that additional charges will apply to heavier items such as pet carriers and large volume orders. We do not ship C.O.D.
